We recommend looking at fly drive packages as transport to the resort is by Taxi only. There is a Shuttle bus from the airport to the city only.

Spirit of Tasmania Ferry www.spiritoftasmania.com.au. The Ferry is a daily service either over night or full day travel. We suggest you book early especially if bringing a motor home or caravan.

The Layout Tour

Delegates will be divided into groups for the Layout tour to avoid crowding at venues. We hope to have some additional interest as part of the tour so partners will find something other than trains to see. The tour will go via Brady's look out and along the scenic river road.

We will be visiting a range of British Layouts some Tasmanian & Australian prototype layouts as well as a smattering of other prototypes.

The tour will conclude at the Evandale Miniature Railway for a BBQ at 2.00pm and a train ride to follow.
